Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Dalam Jabatan adalah program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan S-1 Kependidikan dan S-1/D-IV Non Kependidikan yang memiliki bakat dan minat menjadi guru agar menguasai kompetensi guru secara utuh sesuai dengan Standar Pendidikan Guru. Tujuannya, menghasilkan guru sebagai pendidik profesional yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, berilmu, adaptif, kreatif, inovatif, dan kompetitif dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik. PPG Dalam Jabatan diharapkan dapat menjawab berbagai permasalahan pendidikan, seperti: (1) kualifikasi di bawah standar (under qualification), dan (2) guru-guru yang kurang kompeten (low competence). Selain itu, guru di era revolusi industri 4.0 harus memiliki kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan dengan mengintegrasikan critical thinking dan problem solving, communication and colaborative skill, creativity and inovative skill, information and communication technology literacy, contextual learning skill, serta information and media literacy. PPG Dalam Jabatan juga dirancang agar mampu membekali kemampuan problem solving, kritis, dan kreatif kepada calon guru profesional, melalui implementasi model pembelajaran dan kegiatan berbasis masalah (problem-based learning) dan proyek (project-based learning). Harapannya agar calon guru profesional terbekali kemampuan problem solving, kritis, dan kreatif. Program PPG Dalam Jabatan dirancang secara sistematis dan menerapkan prinsip mutu mulai dari seleksi, proses pembelajaran, dan penilaian, hingga Uji Kompetensi.(*)
Program PPG Dalam Jabatan 2022 diakhiri dengan mengikuti Uji Kinerja Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (UKMPPG). Seluruh peserta yang telah melewati PPG diwajibkan untuk mengikuti UKMPPG melalui pembuatan video pembelajaran berdasar perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dibuat dan pengumpulan portofolio. Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) IPA akan dilaksanakan Kamis, 9 Juni 2022. Untuk sukses mengerjakan soal-soal PAT dapat mempelajari kisi-kisi soal sebagai berikut. Semoga bermanfaat dan dapat digunakan untuk belajar. Selamat belajar dan tetap terus semangat ya.
